I liked what I was able to use.

I checked out the feature list and watched the online video and liked what I saw so I downloaded this product. It installed with no problems and the price seemed very reasonable.
Among the features I liked:
- Clean and intuitive interface.
- Clever box options, like the Extended Box models that include a virtual CD
- Unique shadowing effects allowing you to position virtual lights
What I found lacking:
- Only JPG and PNG image types seem to be supported
- No way to apply markup text to the box - would be nice if the product title, etc did not have to be part of the image itself.
- A "Reset to Defaults" or "Undo" feature would be extremely helpful.
- Another "nice to have" option that I have seen in other, similar products is the ability to place more than one image on a box side

But the reason I state I would NOT recommend this product to others *at this time* is one very important bug I encountered.
- Every time I try to select an image (all I had were JPGs to use since it didn't accept my BMP files) or clear the image Clear button, the product throws an exception message "System.Threading.ThreadExceptionEventArgs".
